Pokedex Entry: Although rare in the wild, Nat is extremely easy to catch, provising you have plenty of chocolate. However, many trainers have found that once in the Pokeball, Nat doesn't want to come out, preferring to spend her time asleep. Not recommended for rookie trainers. However, if you can manage to coerce her into battle, Nat is a good defensive Pokemon with a talent for confusing her opponents and putting them out of action via sleep or paralysis.
